I can only add to the comments of others complimenting the service. When we checked in, we asked for a room with two beds even though the special internet rate entitled us only to a king bed. When the receptionist discovered there were no more regular rooms with two beds, she gave us a free upgrade to a concierge floor room with two beds. The parking garage valet always had our car ready for us when we gave them 10 minutes notice. When we checked out, we informed the receptionist that two of the lights in the bathroom were burned out and that the AC seemed a bit noisy. She comped us half the price of the room even though I explained that I was only giving her this info so the staff could fix the room for the next guest. If it had really bothered me, I would have reported it earlier. I had no problem sleeping despite the AC. Nonetheless, she insisted on the lower rate, off an already highly discounted rate.
My five star rating of the Warwick is not based just on the upgrades and discounts we received. It also has very nice rooms and a nice restaurant with very reasonable prices given the quality. Our room was tastefully decorated, had very comfortable beds, and included all the amenities one would expect from a Radisson. The hotel is just one block off Rittenhouse Square, a wonderful neighborhood for walking, shops, and restaurants. We liked the hotel so much that we went back three weeks later. The AC in that room was much quieter, so the first room AC was probably not the norm.
