If you don't mind small rooms, I think this is a good choice. I will stay there again, as it's a great location and reasonable price compared to other downtown hotels. I was traveling for business and only needed to stay one night, and this place hit the spot. The internet worked well, which was very important, and I loved being able to get as much bottled water as I wanted. I found the room layout pleasant, except for the coffeemaker being right above the toilet, which was mildly annoying. My room was quiet and clean, though it seemed that it may have been a smoking room at one point, from a faint odor (though it didn't trouble me too much and I do have a sensitive nose). My checkin and checkout was extremely fast and smooth (they have a self-checkout kiosk) and the staff was friendly. I did have to call ahead to ask about where to park (for a reduced fee), but it was pretty easy to manage and I had no trouble at all.

If you are checking out Philadelphia on foot then this location is perfect! I was able to walk to all historical sites I wanted to see and the train station was only two blocks away so was a convenient way to make it back to the airport. The rooms are very small but still very nice, they are laid out in a smart way. They held my luggage for me while I played tourist all day. My only complaint is that I had requested a crib and they didn't hold it for me. They said they only had three and had already given them all away, so that was an issue since I had my 7 month old with me. Free internet but the computers in the lobby were all in use anytime I wanted to use them.

I can stay at Club Quarters with a membership through my job. They offer discount weekend rates that are given out very sporatically. I was able to stay here for $64 on a Saturday night - in town just to catch the Phillies game. The location is great for general sightseeing and accessibilty to the subway. Buses run right on Chestnut. Many restaurants/bars to choose from and lots of shopping. Felt safe walking around - even at night there were alot of people still out and about.
The facility is pretty basic Club Quarters- lobby is lovely and has 2 computers. The room was generic - very small but was expecting that here. Clean and comfy.
Would definately stay there again - especially if I could get such a great rate !!

My boyfriend and I stayed for one night. The room was clean and bit on the small side as described by other reviews. It is located in a prime location and the price is excellent for the location. Other reviews described it as very noisy and yes it was noisy but when you stay in a large city in the center of it, there will be noise. We are heading back to Philly in about a month and are planning on booking there again and would stay there again in the future. The only downside is that there is no parking so we had to park across the street and it was a bit pricey but that is part of driving in a big city.
