My husband & I checked into the Harrah's on Wed, Sept 24. Besides the 45 minute wait to check in, the hotel was lovely.
We checked out on Thursday, Sept 25 and when we got home, we realized that we had left my husband's suit hanging on the connecting door (hubby placed it there so we wouldn't forget it when we left!). I called the lost and found department where I left a voice mail indicating the left item as well as sent them an email. Hubby called as well and then FOUR (4) days later we finally heard from a live person. They wanted all the info and receipts only to find out that there is nothing they can do as they are not responsible. I work in the hospitality industry and their lack of guest resolution or guest follow up is the worst I've ever experienced. Perhaps if someone had gotten back to us sooner, the suit would have been recovered.
We will NEVER stay at Harrah's or their affiliates again.
