the room itself truly was not that bad; however i wouldn't want to see it under those ultrlviolet lights they use on "CSI". gently awoken to the sound of the acpd searching the rooms for a suspected serial killer (i am serious as a heartattack!!!! ). but hey, what can you really expect for 90 bucks on a holiday weekend? all things considered.....came away unscathed.

Well, I stayed here in October with three other friends. The room was clean enough. But we went to the front desk three times looking for an extra pillow each time we were told that they would bring it to the room finally on the third request we got it! But the hotel itself was old, rundown and in severe need of repair. What can I say, we didn't feel safe at all.Thank God for the dead bolt on the door. We were worried about leaving our car in the parking lot. Person at front desk told us the area was safe however as we were leaving for the boardwalk a policeman who was parked on the street didn't recommend walking in the area even though there were 4 of us. Since we were so close to the boardwalk we walked anyway (ran more like it). On our way back there were a lot of drunk people hanging out in the area yelling profanity, we side stepped a pool of blood and were followed by a man in a pick up all the way back to the hotel which, lucky for us was a short distance away. Had trouble sleeping due to the yelling of drunks in the street stumbling out of the sleezy bars in the area. The next morning we checked out pronto!

i booked this hotel several weeks in advance,we later were told by friends that this location was undesirable and unkept...we reviewed trip-advisors reports from other guest, and 8 out of 10 were bad reports...i called the hotel the day before arrival to cancel,they refused to issue me a cancelation # and expressed '' no speak english'' upon arrival in atlantic city the next day i went to this location in person to see for myself...i was given a key to room 315 and told to you go look at the room was very nasty and smelled awful,there were two females in the hall asking for money for sex......i reported this to the front desk clerk...he said he was only an employee,unable to do anything....gave me a business card of the mgr. and told me he was charging me for the room anyway cause it was ready to rent....

i even called customer service...was told this was a privately owned franchised location and they could do nothing.........

I was extremely disappointed upon arrive to this hotel. Tennessee Ave was dirty and a tad on the scarey side. There was a police car sitting in an empty lot and hooligans strolling the street. When we went to check in there were 2 big guys staring at us as we checked the room. The rooms were decent however, I was afraid for my safety and the safety for the others I had with me. I was not going to risk walking home from the boardwalk down this street after dark. We cancelled reservations and went down the strip to a much nicer area.
