Big rooms, good location, smell of sewage emanating from toilet. What more can you ask for? I actually liked the place because the tree growing up through the atrium was cool, the staff was always nice but didn't bother me, and it had A/C. But I can see how some of the more finicky folks would complain about the toilet smell, the Best Western style of the rooms, and the construction noise in the morning.
When I say, "you get exactly what you pay for," I mean it's worth the $40/night I paid when splitting the cost with two other buddies. If I was alone or picking up the tab for me and a babe, I might go for the next step up.
