The whole day was wonderful. It started with the bus driver... he was informative and very funny! Once we arrived, all the guides were so great! Make sure you bring the bug spray.

I am afraid of heights but this was such a great experience and the guides made me feel so comfortable, I forgot about my fear! The views were awesome!

Don't leave PV without doing this tour! It was worth every penny!

I don't know that I would swim in the river but the food at the restaurant was great! We had the quesadilla and it was delicious!

“Absolutely Amazing, Totally Fun -- Despite a Major Fear of Heights!”

This was one of the most fun and thrilling experiences of my life, and I'm a middle-aged woman with a terrible fear of heights!

No need to repeat what so many others have written already, but I want to note I was very hesitant and nervous about doing this, but decided to go ahead and give it a try, along with my sister and 11-year-old neice. I'm so glad I did! The worst part was climbing up the spiral staircase to the first zip. Oh, no, I thought, I'm not going to be able to do this. But once I rode the first line, my fears were replaced with elation, joy and confidence! I can do this! I couldn't believe how much fun and how easy and comfortable this was.

Yes, stepping off some of the ledges was a bit intimidating and stomach-lurching, and I admit I didn't look down on many of the rides, but these zip lines feel surprisingly safe, smooth and solid ... they never felt dangerous, uncomfortable or alarming to me. The views are fabulous, landings are smooth and easy, and the guys who work here are all adorable, handsome, funny and a real joy to be around.

I cannot rave enough about this experience. The drive there in the bus was gorgeous and an adventure in itself, along the coastline, past waterfalls and through the mountains.

I'll sum up my recommendation in three words: Go, go, go!

Our group of 11 people, ages ranging from 8 to 66 years, just returned from a cruise on the Mexican Riviera. We had a great time in every way, but the Los Veranos Canopy Tour was the highlight for everyone.

We were so impressed with the instructors and guides running the zip lines. They were so enthusiastic and really didn't act like this was just a job...their excitement was contagious.

But, more importantly, they were very qualified and extremely aware that most people have never done this before. They were gentle with helping the children in our group, and made it so much fun.

And, seriously, fun is the key word! It was a total blast whizzing through the trees, hundreds of feet above the ground. One word of caution...there were more mosquitos than I could even believe (bug repellent is a must!), and walking from one platform to the next was sometimes a workout. We were huffing and puffing!

The bus ride, in the open air bus, was also a lot of fun. Very scenic and comfortable.

If you've ever wanted to do a zip line adventure, Los Veranos Canopy Tours in Puerta Vallarta is the best you're going to find.

Spent $60.00 per person booked directly at the office. Use bug spray, Wear long shorts or pants to avoid band burns. Better be in shape or you will be huffing it. Photos purchased for $10.00 per person. Avoid $40.00 DVD unless you have been filmed. Great group of guys and one young lady. Had a blast, would definately do again but will be in shape. Dont take hats or visors you will be wearing a helmet and you also have to carry your own zip gear. about 5 lbs. They are very entertaining and people of all ages participated. We had alot of fun

“GREAT ZIP LINE TOUR!!!”

This was a great tour. I was very worried that I would be too scared to go, but after the first one I had a blast. The stairs to get to the first line were harder than any of the zip lines. If you can make it up the first set of stairs, then you will love this tour. The guides were all very friendly and fun.

We went around the first of July and it was very hot. You are not allowed to bring anything but a camera with you. They do provide water at many of the lines.

Just like any other tour then want to sell you the picture ($10) and video ($40 I think). The guy taking the video rode with my husband on one of the lines, so we wanted to see the video.

One of the reasons we booked this your was because of the swimming after and the tour of the tequila factory. But neither of those happened. We went during rainy season and the river was too muddy to swim in. They told us this after we got there. It was still worth the trip, I just wish I didn't carry towels and bathing suits.

On their web page they talk about the tequila factory. The way I read this was it was part of the tour. When I asked about it on the ride to the lines, I was told that was a separate tour. I was a little disappointed in this. I wanted to see how it was made and maybe try a few samples.

After this tour, I know I would go again!
