We stayed at Hedo II from September 20th till the 27th.
This was our first time to Hedo II.
This was our first time to Jamacia, also. Jamacia is a beautiful country!!
We visited in a very slow time of the season, evidently. As an earlier post stated, there were very few guest there.
I don't believe that there could have been more than 50 in all while we were there. Again, the prude side rooms were shut down and everyone in the nude side.
We are nudists and enjoy being naked, but it was weird having so many at the nude beach and pools with their clothes on. I had read on-line that the security would make people take their clothes off or leave if they came to the nude areas with their clothes on?? Since the prude bar was closed down,They all came to Delroy's to get drinks and then would hang around and gawk....all single men of course!!
There were at least 11 single men, we only saw 2 single women during our stay.
We saw two different single men in the pools with their swim suits on, and many others right on the nude beach with their suits on as well......the prude side rooms were shut down, but not the prude beach!!! So much for rules this week!!
Talking with the Hedo veterans that we met there, everything was off this week. There were no activities around the pool..there were no activities during lunch. We only got to go to the naked water slide one time during our 7 days there, but it was very fun the time we did get to go.
The last day we were there some Hedo Vets complained and all of a sudden the entertainent staff showed up at the pool and started playing games??
The rooms were on the same level as a Motel 6. Our room was clean and we had cool air conditioning and hot water for the shower ( don't forget to push the little red button on the handle for hot water). We did not spend much time in the room anyway.
T V remote did not work, we called after day one and they brought another...it did not work either, so we just made do.
We are in Jamacia...no problem, Mon!!!
We had a good time, but it was far from what we had read about.
I'm sure it was a bad time right after the two hurricanes, but you pay your money the same and you should get the same service and entertainment as if there was a full house.
We will probably check out Grand Lido Braco next year or Hidden Beach in Playa Del Carmen.
