We took this excursion on recommendation from other reviewers. It was well worth it and more. It was AWESOME!!
It was a long drive out of the city but it was awesome, fun, humbling, eye opening and educational at the same time. We had a great guide and a great weather so that helped.
The tour stops at a school, rural home, cheese factory, river raft ride and a gift shop.
Donations are accepted at the school. We made up 4 packs with about 5 items in each. Books, paper, pencils, stickers, instruments, etc. It was very nice. Along the route the kids will come out and hope for you to throw something out for them. The guides recommend no candy as it is not good for them. They are not used to it. Dollar store toy items or useful items would be better.
Happy hour is every 20 minutes or so. Ever flowing beer, rum and coke, soft drinks and water. It's not a big booze fest party truck but a fun adventure for everyone young and old, families and couples. We loved the rum and coke so much. Lots of rum added to a bottle of Pepsi, MMMM, good.
We would highly recomend this trip to everyone. We will remember it for the rest of our lives and take another in a different location it was that good.
London, Ontario.
