My wife and I saw all the great reviews about this location. I called long distance from the US to inquire about staying one full month (I have visited the island 15 different times). I spoke to the wife, who was very pleasant, however, she could not answer all my questions and asked for me to hold on, as I could hear her husband right next to her. When she wanted to hand the phone to him, I heard him say "[--] to his wife on 2 separate occasions as he apparently did not want to talk to me. I must admit I did call at 1030pm to their cell phone, however, they chose to answer the phone. If they did not want to be disturbed, then they should not advertise their cell number to call and then answer it unless they were prepared to accept my call. To hear the foul language that I heard over the phone, I strongly recommend not staying at this establishment as apparently the owners appear to be one thing in front of the guests and something totally different behind the scenes and must have severe marital problems for the husband to call his wife such names while I was on the phone

“Best place to stay on Aruba”

We visited Coral Reef Beach in January but have not had a chance to write a review until now. It was one of our best vacations. Thanks to our stay with Peter and Julie. The first day we arrived we were introduced to the other guests. The entire stay we felt like part of a big family. It is a unique place. Very quiet, personal and intimate. Peter and Julie had a lot of suggestions for places to see on the island and places to eat. They really want you to have a great vacation. We are so glad we found this place. Should we ever visit Aruba again, this would be the place to stay.

The most incredible holidays ever. It couldn't possibly be better.

Peter and Julie are amazing hosts, they make you feel at home so easily. We've tried possibly all their rooms, they were really helpful and flexible with our needs.
This is certainly the closest to Paradise that I ever experienced.
Will certainly stay with them again next time we visit the island...'cause we will go back!

We were looking for a quiet spot on the beach to celebrate our honeymoon, and could not have asked for a better location than Peter and Julie's wonderful Coral Reef Beach. If you're looking for room service and casinos, you want the other end of the island (which is totally available to drop in on, a reasonable car / taxi ride away). But if your idea of paradise is watching the sunset with a glass of wine, waking up and putting your feet right in the sand, and falling asleep under the stars with the sound of the waves and the lovely breezes, then this is the vacation spot for you.

We're planning a return trip next year, where we'll make sure to make full use of the handy kitchenette and on-site laundry to make packing even easier and save some $$ on eating out. Peter and Julie have wonderful recommendations about the local restaurants and sights, and were charming hosts. Their son young Jack is delightful and a bit of a naturalist. It felt like staying with friends (in the best way!) who have found the ideal hidden treasures of this island, right in their own backyard.

We very much enjoyed our slice of paradise at the Coral Reef Beach. Hosts Peter and Julie and sidekicks Jack and Ralph were all wonderful.

We have stayed in all types of accommodations, and this relaxed villa was a nice change from the high rise all-inclusive hotels. The location in Savaneta is nice for exploring the entire island, which we did in a rented Jeep.

We would definitely recommend this villa to others looking for a quiet place off the beaten path.
