Because it is a timeshare rental, it seems the Grand Champions can be a hit or miss. Some are better kept than others. As for ours, it was okay. Quite an old development in a very lovely area, Wailia. The unit was outdated, in disrepair. the carpet was filthy and the decorations circa 1975. The maid service was marginal, at best.
