The hotel staff was quite friendly. The atmosphere was very tranquil from the rain forest theme in the lobby to the lage bedrooms and the sleep system they have in place. I was a little concerned after reading the reviews, but I again was pleased with the Crowne Plaza Ravinia and our club level rooms. The rooms were clean, and very comfortable. We found the staff to be polite and very helpful. We enjoyed the evening in the hotel and our meal at La Grotta. more

Upon arrival to the room, the toilet was not working. Maintenance came twice and left the bathroom a mess each time. It was still not fixed upon departure. Room needed a renovation. The price is low and you get what you pay for. The room have stained carpeting and wall paper, in room safe didn't work, the king size bed was comfortable though slept like a baby. My only complaint with this hotel is the air conditioning. The room was very stuff even with the air very low. However, my room was nice, very well kept, and overrall, I enjoyed it.
