We booked the hotel after getting a last-minute deal on Hotwire Ticker for $115/night. The location is great - in a decent neighborhood - with plenty of shops & restaurants in easy walking distance. Unfortunately, there's a ton of construction (both building & road) going on in that area right now, so access to the hotel & parking is a... more

My husband and I recently stayed in the Radisson Warwick hotel In Philadelphia, PA (Sept. 19th – 22nd) and, by far, it was the worst experience in a hotel that either one of us have encountered. To their credit, the hotel appearance and valet doormen were superb. Our room was clean and very modern. However, several problems occurred during our... more

First off the hotel room looked nothing like the pictures on the Radisson website. The bathroom had two different types of tiling in it plain white (on the floor) and slate (in the shower) - it was weird. The toilet was weird too it was so low to the ground it was like using a baby potty and toilet paper... more

The hotel is well-located though without views. Service was fine, room large and clean though in no way special. Staff coped well with a false fire alarm that saw us standing in the street for half an hour awaiting the fire brigade. The Prime Rib steakhouse on the premises is excellent. Did not try breakfast or the informal restaurant. Price... more

Ok, I have been in Philadelphia for the past 4 weeks, Mon-Thurs. I have never been away from home this much in my life, so, of course, I was very apprehensive about staying away. This hotel was amazing! The service at the front desk, Ernest, and the room service, Dinh. Lovely, extraordinary people that truly took the time. Each week,... more

I can only add to the comments of others complimenting the service. When we checked in, we asked for a room with two beds even though the special internet rate entitled us only to a king bed. When the receptionist discovered there were no more regular rooms with two beds, she gave us a free upgrade to a concierge floor... more

I booked this hotel on Priceline for mere $65/night for Labor Day wknd, and I was kind of afraid that it was too good to be true. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel is in a 'good' part of downtown, conveniently close to all major tourist attractions. Lobby is spectacular, rooms are clean and good size, although the sleep... more

I loved the Radisson-Warwick. I could see it was a older hotel, but the modern additions were welcome: the slate looking bathroom floor tiles and bathtub tiles were nice-- made the room look bigger. Other compliments in the room were the marble looking countertop in the bathroom, the closet with enough room for two large suitcases, the mirror in the... more

Our stay at the Radisson was great, especially the service, it was incredible. My family and I went to Philadelphia for a few days and we had a wonderful time. We were greeted by the staff who welcomed us with sincere smiles and open arms. The staff (Hazel, Kileed, Ed, Mike and Leroy) was very nice and helpful. The vending... more

Since I found TripAdvisor website one year ago, we allways check the website forums before we chose somewhere to stay. We travelled to Philadelphia this July and tho the reviews of this hotel weren't very good, we finally decided to book a room, because it's placed right on the center and the other hotels near were way more expensive. I... more
