The Westin in Philadelphia always has superb service! It used to be a Ritz Carlton property, which has been remolded to Westin standards. The service at this Westin is excellent. From the moment we arrived the staff was courteous and helpful. The valet staff and front desk staff were all eager to assist and were all smiles.
