I stayed at the Sheraton for two days this past week for a business meeting and enjoyed the stay. The hotel restaurant prices were crazy. I ordered a cheese pizza via room service and it was $30! And that was just for a pizza....nothing else. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The... more

I was at the Sheraton for a weeklong conference. The hotel was absolutely fantastic. Ambiance was nice, rooms were big, beds were comfortable, lobby was gorgeous, service was excellent. Myself and some of the other conference go'ers were interested in some of the area restaurants and bars and asked for some recommendations from the Front Desk. They were extraordinarily helpful... more

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I stayed here twice within the last three weeks and enjoyed the hotel and the area. From the airport, if you go to the transportation desk by the baggage claim and ask for the Liberty Shuttle, they pick you up right there and take you to the hotel for a flat $10 rate. It took about 4 minutes for... more

Traded Starwoods points for our 1 night stay. This is considered a 4 level property, which was overrated, in my honest opinion. The location was decent, close to 2nd street and Penn's Landing. The lobby was nice and the service was friendly and prompt. We had a room at the club level and found our room to be clean and... more

You read it right. Newlyweds were kicked out of the hotel on their wedding night. We were there for our friends wedding. After the reception they had a small gathering of 10 or 12 at the bride and grooms room. When management asked that the party end; they ended it at aprox. 1:30 am. Bride and Groom were already in... more

I stayed at this hotel while attending a convention at the Philadelphia Convention Centre. I have the same opinion as most of the other reviewers who posted here, i.e. the hotel is in a good location and the rooms are nice, but the "common areas" of the hotel are a little tired and in need of a refurb. I didn't... more

The hotel is in a good location, and the room was well laid out with HD flat screen (great for Olympics viewing!). Piity they don;t have refrigerators in the room - many US hotels seem now to catch-up with the rest of the world on this one! Lobby and coffe shop areas are 'tired'. Staff generally ok but not exceptionally... more

Our compliments to whomever hires the staff! Everyone of them that we encountered (from the bus boy to valet parking, check-in, etc.) could not be more efficient, helpful, pleasant and articulate. It has been a while since we experienced total customer service. We stayed in Rm. 2076 which I recommend as a quiet, very clean and updated room. We were... more

First off I'd like to inform people staying here, you have to pay for parking, $34.00 a night. They do not tell you that when you book the room. We were part of a wedding party so we paid $160 a night, but when you add on that parking fee, it's not a good price for what we got. The... more

Overall, I really liked this hotel. the staff were friendly and knowledge. The workout facility was decently equipped with stairsteppers, treadmills and even some weight machines. The dumbell free weights were lacking but I was still surprised they had any at all. The club floor rooms were nice. The shower drained well and had good water pressure. The beds and... more
