The only reason why this hotel doesn't get an Excellent Rating was the lack of breakfast but we knew that prior to booking....This is a great hotel for the price, you can't beat the location as it is walking distance to everything....We had a 2 yr old with us and I spoke with the staff prior to booking and they... more

My Husband and I just returned from the Harborside Inn and were pleasantly surprised. The room and bed were great, but it was a bit noisy due to traffic sounds and late night bar hopping but with the help of the handy fan in the closet (to creat white noise to drown out the sound) and closed windows it was... more

A well positioned and well equiped city hotel. The staff are helpful and efficient, but not so friendly. We were somewhat suprised to find that the hotel did not serve breakfast, but with the Qunicy Market only two minutes away, this was not such an issue. The facilities in the room were excellent; all well maintained and providing a comfortable... more

We selected the Harbourside because we were only having a few days in Boston and we wanted somewhere central, it was a shame that they had no where for breakfast, but there were plenty of places to get something to eat , especially as we were so close to Faneuil Hall, where the choice is mind blowing, every food you... more

A great hotel with a great location for a decent price in an expensive hotel city. $200 a night, compared with the $450 that the Marriott across the road wanted. We had an eighth-floor internal room for a night in July and were really impressed. The room was smallish (though with a huge bathroom) and had been recently modernized. A... more

My husband and I stayed at the Harborside Inn July 3rd and 4th. We were in room 805 Cityview. The room was very clean and the maid service was excellent. I would recommend a cityview room on a high floor. It was a bit noisy at night but with the windows closed and the air on and being exhausted from... more

My husband and I just got back from a trip to Boston for the 4th of July. We stayed at the Harborside Inn for two nights. We absolutely loved the location-one block from Quincy Market, Fanueil Hall, the waterfront, the North End (2 blocks away) and many of the historic areas. Our city view room was on the fourth floor... more

I usually check TripAdvisor before I book a hotel, but I found the Harborside Inn website somehow and booked directly with the hotel. I would say that we got lucky on this one. If I had read the reviews I might not have stayed there. Our primary goal was the location. We planned on spending little or no time at... more

We arrived very late1:00am and didn't have our bearings, got lost driving in from the airport but the front desk manager was very nice and helpful. Room was clean, modern, very cosy---small, but the noise from the cars outside was a problem. You couldn't hope to "sleep in". the location we discovered the next day was great! Close to the... more
