This hotel is spectacular in both its features and its service. I absolutely loved everything about the hotel, from the elegant lobby area, to the comfortable and spacious guest rooms to the incredible dining room. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Boston. It is in a good location and close to alot of shops and restaurants. more

We had a great time. We were there for a wedding (which was lovely, great food and decor and service) and had a wonderful time. Our room was spacious and well outfitted. Service (one hour valet, shoeshine, newspapers, concierge making salon bookings) was great and check in and out was a breeze. Staff was very service oriented. more

Typical Four Seasons. Amazing service, restaurants, rooms and location. Close to Newbury Street and the Public Garden we were only there for a night but it was worth it! Had dinner and afternoon tea. We were upgraded from room to suite and had a marvelous time. more
