Little soundproofing between floors, so kept awake by footsteps. Rather run down, and needs refurbishment. On a noisy street, close to Union square. Ideal for shopping, but that's about all. Room staff excellent. We were made to feel uncomfortable when my wife lit up a cigarette outside. more
