The room and grounds were spotless. Our queen size bed was very comfy. Although the room and bath were small it made do for us. For the price(40.00) you could not beat it more

You definitely get what you pay for and less. Our entire visit I felt like I was being bit. The bed was poor to moderate. The carpeting was the worst with large stains You knew you were not staying in a clean room. There were food crumbs along the edges, I would not even remove the clothes from our suit... more

As soon as we got to the room it smelled there was a water bug in the bathroom, the stove was gross, grease was caked on the stove and only one of the four burners was working. When we went to use the microwave oven it had no microwave plate in it and cockaroaches started coming out of it. The... more

For $60/night you usually don't expect much. And if you go in with that expectation in mind you will not be disappointed. Here's the rundown... the room: My room was a standard non-smoking king room, which had been somewhat recently renovated. On the plus side the mattress was fairly new and reasonably comfortable. With a featherbed, down pillows, and nice... more

This was the worse hotel we ever stayed at. The guests in the room above us kept us up until 1 am or later all 3 nights. We made 4 complaints, in person, to the office and nothing was done to control the problem. Had there been another room available at ANY other hotel, we would have checked out! On... more

The motel was clean, bed comfortable , TV, air, and pool were fine. I wondered about an air conditioner running in a room that had no guests in it the entire time we stayed ( 4 days ) that leaked all over the sidewalk. You could have saved money and improved on the poor to very fair continental breakfast. The... more

Not many frills. You get what you pay for and a little more. Only met two workers. Lady who worked at the front desk for the night shift and guy for the day shift. I observed what went on mostly. When we got there, I guess a guy was trying to get towels delivered to his room, didn't get them... more

Stayed on Mar16. The room looked pretty beat up. Soiled seat cushions on the dining chairs. Furniture looked like it was picked-up from the trash dump; nicks and uneven finish. Mirror in sleeping area was dirty. Mix of florescent and tungsten light in sleeping area. Walls and floors thin, heard others TV's and heavy footsteps. Burn marks all over the... more

We stayed there for a college visit in the spring and I am getting reservations there again for a round of college interviews. Close to W&M and the historical district, convenient to an easy way out of town. Decent room, no bad smells... more

My family and I stayed at this property while visiting Busch Gardens. After we checked in and were given our room keys, housekeeping was just beginning to clean our room. We had to wait in our car while they finished so we could bring in our luggage. The place was only barely clean enough. My son and daughter were rudely... more
