This was our 6th trip to Disney World, and the 2nd to the Caribbean! We just love the atmosphere, service and conveniece of the location! Even though, I managed to get hurt, the Disney Ambulance team was fantastic, visited the Celebration Hospital Emergency Room, it was fast and effecient! Rooms were not kept clean. Staff not helpful or up to Disney's normal standards that I am used to. Most off all, that upset me was that the rooms I requested they had on file and when we arrived , they failed to even come close to a small list of places we wanted to be located.Asked for a manager... more

The hotel was ok. The bathtub was dirty when we checked in, so I cleaned it and the carpet was filthy. The beds were very comfortable. The food court was very unorganized. We stayed at the caribbean resort for a week. Check in was fast and friendly. Even though the hotel was huge, getting around to places was easy, buses were available every 20 min.
