I stayed 3 nights at Astor. I got there in the early morning and the hotel was full. They promply got me a room - upgraded - but not one to my friend. At night, when we got back, they got her one just out of the hallway, facing the emergency stairs! She couldn't sleep as it was their service... more

We stayed at the Hotel Astor for some days at the beginning of august. It was very nice, clean and quiet with a lovely art deco vibe. It is one block to the beach where it has a reserved space. The staff is very helpful and friendly and helped us a lot to organise our stay in South Beach. more

We booked a package through Travelocity for a 4 day trip to Miami. The Astor Miami is on Washington instead of Ocean Ave so it is less crowded, noisy and away from all the tourists. Overall I really enjoyed my stay 5 day stay at the Hotel Astor. The location was fantastic , only 5 mins walk to the beach and close to the shops. There is also a pharmacy directly across the road so you buy water and snacks instead of purchasing them from the mini bar. The staff were friendly and efficient .... more

Even for demanding people, as I am, the hotel is very beatiful, clean and cuzy. All the peopel who work there is very nice and helped me so much. I recomend everone to stay there. If I return to Miami, no doubt I will stay there. more

The room we stayed in was very nice, but everything else was just okay. The staffs were somewhat friendly/helpful.
