A chain hotel (Hyatt) trying to pass itself off as boutique, and just about succeeding. Our family stayed for christmas and new years eve 2007, we came back to our room in the morning after breakfast and a lot things were stolen for a value of about $20000.......we contacted their insurance and our complaint was denied because they could not prove that it was the hotel's fault.
