The hotel is one block from the beach, beside Shore Club and The Setai. Far from the very touristy area and easy to get around. Nice staff. Clean room. Reasonable price. p.s. For people who have a car, there is a parking lot (by daily rate) further down on Collins Ave.(22nd Ave/23rd Ave) which cost less than parking at Townhouse. more
