My wife and I stayed at the Travelodge from 11th July to 14th July 2008. We had a clean room which had a double bed, cable TV and coffee making facilites. The bathroom was clean and had a hairdryer. The reception area is small and clean, also the front desk guys are very friendly. Breakfast is a selection of cereals, muffins,... more

My wife and I stayed at the Travelodge & Suites whilst visiting the southern Keys for a few days. We picked this hotel simply because it had appeared on Expedia at a discounted rate whilst we were up in Fort Lauderdale the day before we left to head down there. Key West is expensive (relative to the Florida mainland) for... more

New owners in 2006, and it is rising from the dead. Much better than previous owners, poollside bar open again. Rooms were clean, staff friendly. Not a luxary hotel, but definetly a great value and would stay again, in fact I'm already booked for the same time this year. Be advised the elevator is does NOT have AC, it gets... more

My family stayed in a 3 bedroom suite for 3 nights the first week of May. We were a little concerned considering the previous review; however we were pleasantly surprised by our accomondations. Is the hotel brand new and sparkling? No, but it was clean and very suitable for us. It has a big kitchen that we cooked several meals... more

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to any other travelers to Key West. Its extremely overpriced; I wouldn't have even paid half as much as I did to stay there again. The location isn't great. Its pretty much as far from Duval and the activities in Old Town as you can get, which I admittedly knew going in. There was a... more

Hotel was clean and room was a good size.. You could hear alot of noise while in the room. When in the pool area traffic was very loud. Contential breakfast was not early enough and not much of a selection. Only one elevator for the staff and customers. Not enough towels for two people. more

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last few years. My last stay Jul 06 was as good as it gets. The rooms had been remodelded and were clean. My wife and son and I all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Having been to the keys several times for the money this is the best place... more

We stayed in Key West, Florida on 4/26 - 4/28/2006 and this hotel was wonderful. The view of the gulf was directly across the street. The staff was very helpful with places to eat, things to do and anything to make your stay perfect. We wanted to rent scooters and they called and got them delivered for us. They also... more

We stayed at this Key West property both 15 years ago and 8 years ago, before it was a Travelodge, and really liked it then. Unfortunately, it has really gone downhill since. The rooms are beat out and not clean. The full-size refrigerator in the suites has been replaced by a tiny mini-fridge. The coffeemaker was missing. There were no... more

3 and a half stars i would give it really, not quite 4, only because it did appear a little run down and neglected, and the first thing you see after the lobby check in, is the massive parking garage, which is undesirable to walk through every time you enter and exit the hotel. The elevator seemed a little old... more
