I forgot to post a review of this place. We stayed in one room, with a family of five (three children). It was a little out of the way, but we liked that. Very nice hotel with immaculate landscaping. Rooms are nice and clean. Views are primarily of the grounds and the golf course - the ocean is on the other side of the course. My husband and I booked this hotel through priceline and got a pretty good rate. We were a little disappointed that this hotel wasn't actually oceanfront, but it ended up being fine for us. Buyer beware.... this hotel seems to believe that the phrase " guarenteed reservation for late arrival " means that if you don't show up - you pay- but if you do show up ( as we did at 2:30 am due to a delayed flight) the room may not be there. So in our case " people did not leave... more

We booked 2 nights via hilton.com and got a AAA rate that is half the price of the next door Torrey Pines Lodge. For the price, we think it was a very good value. It's a good location as a base to explore San Diego. more

We stayed for 6 nights at this hotel 2nd week of August. It's a typical mid range Hilton - everything works ok and the rooms are fairly standard - small bathroom and rooms have a balcony or terrace.
