This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been to. The rooms had bugs, burns, food and dirt everywhere. I ask for a refund due to the unsanitary conditions and they would not give it to me. The desk clerk, Sam, would not call the manager or do anything to work with our situation. It may look like... more

Hotel was dirty, noisy, and outdated. There were fingernail clippings between bed and night stand (along with alot of other things) The comforter was stained with who knows what, and full of cigarette burns. We slept on top of the sheets without the comforter. The bathroom sink leaked so bad that my socks got wet, the toilet leaked at the... more

Hotel was inexpensive but it came with a price. The room was decent but service was crappy. Lights did not work, housekeeping forgot to leave towels, paper bathmats, broken furniture and there is no internet service as advertised, not that it was expected. Great location, convenient access to the Tropicana's maid closet so you can get toilet paper, tissues, and soap. more
