The good: - nice room design: spacious all-granite bathroom, big desk and good work area, 50% larger than normal rooms - beautiful fruit basket on arrival - far more than I could eat - lovely bathtub and shower, though sides of bathtub were so high that it's hard for a short person to get in - close to Boat Quay... more

I've never felt strongly enough to review a hotel in all the years I've used this site, but the Fullerton changed all that. This hotel is a beautiful building and ideally located in the business district. However, there are some serious issues with the dampness of the hotel. After a few days of mild dampness, we started noticing that paperwork was... more

we have just returned from 6 nights at the Fullerton on an extended stay with the Suite Weekend Deal and were very impressed. The room offered a separate bedroom and almost 100 sqm of space with carpeted floors perfect for our 9 month old baby. Only pain was that there were 6 stairs down from the front door to the... more

Forget all the reviews, the beautiful architecture of the building, The Fullerton is too big to deliver the luxury you expect from a 5 stars hotel and from the price you pay for your room. The staff has no personal attention , simply there are too many guests to help ! When you enter the property you really feel to... more

I had stayed in this hotel for 5 times in a span of 2 years. From regular rooms to grand suites, each and every stay never siezes to amaze me. Their service had been consistently exemplary. Staff members gladly assist guests in any way they can. I look forward to future stays in this establishment. more

We stayed here after a difficult trip and in desperate need of relaxation and some serious pampering, we have stayed in various hotles in Singapore but the Fullerton is the best so far. Service is exceptional without being too grandious. Came back thoroughly refreshed. more

Stayed in a quay room which was unusal to say the least, very high ceiling with a tiny window. The pool area is very small & can become crowded. Breakfast was excellent as were the staff throughout the hotel. The complimentary birthday cake I recieved was a nice touch. more

It was my first, very much anticipated stay at the Fullerton. Would I stay again? No, but then I am a big fan of the Ritz-Carlton in SGP and I was disappointed by the Fullerton. Firstly, I was disappointed by my room. A large number of rooms go to the inside court ie no proper daylight. I asked to be... more

Stayed at the Fullerton for 1 night on a stopover on the way to Australia. We were due to stay for 2 nights but due to a delay at Heathrow we sadly only got to stay for 1 night. Cannot praise the hotel enough. Superb location, service excellent, breakfast was fantastic - looking out over the river. The room was... more
