Stayed at the Inbal for 7 nights in early November 2008. Room well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint with the room is that the air conditioner didn't cool the room - I had to leave the window open, which let in a LOT of noise from the area. WiFi available for an extra fee - nearly $17/day. Ate at... more

Beautiful hotel in a great location in Jerusalem. Walk to old city, German Colony, art colony, etc. Rooms were lovely. Service great. We stayed on the executive floor which had a lounge that offered food all day. We saved money and had a lovely dinner there two nights (cheeses, salads, soups, appetizers, coffee, chips, drinks, cocktails). Huge breakfast buffet included... more

Inbal is a good and nice hotel. It has one of the best locations in Jerusalem. The rooms are comfortable and well equiped, but rather on a small side, specially the bathrooms. Excellent breakfast, but kitchen is kosher - no meats. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would not have a problem to return. more

The Inbal is very well located in central Jerusalem within walking distance to the Old City. While it is by all measures a large hotel (300 rooms and suites), it has a feeling of intimacy: staff seem to know each and every guest and his/her whereabouts. Upon my arrival, I had a problem with accessing the internet, both in my... more

We stayed for 2 nights and, what surprised us, is that we were really sorry to leave. Yes it could do with some renovation here and there and it's not as showy as the David Citadel but from the moment we checked in we felt very comfortable and at ease. Breakfasts were excellent and the lounge was a very pleasant... more

We just returned from a 15 day trip to Israel (our first). We stayed at the Inbal in Jerusalem for 6 nights. This was by far, the best hotel we stayed at during our trip. The location is excellent; the hotel is very clean and comfortable. The majority of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. We only had the... more

We ended a week long trip traveling through Israel and Jordan at the Inbal. We were looking forward to a comfortable hotel with good food and service. The hotel itself is nice but the staff was so rude it was unbelievable, The front desk staff was unhelpful and refused to give any direction or look at you while talking, the... more

We stayed in an executive room and although not large the room contained everything to make our stay comfortable. Complimentary soft drinks, tea and coffee together with a kettle, bathrobe, slippers, hairdryer, toiletries, etc, etc, were provided. The bed was enormous and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was superb with dozens of hot and... more

This review is for our tour in Israel in August 15-22nd 2006. We were there in the middle of the Lebbanon war. Consequently, we stayed 5 days in Tel Aviv at the Carlton, an amazing hotel, and 5 in Jerusalem at the Inbal. I would give the Inbal 3 1/2 stars. As part of our tour, we were promised a... more
