The hotel is completely outdated. Can you believe that you actually get a physical KEY to your room? No swipe card, but an actual key! That sorta sets the tone for the hotel. The rooms just aren't up to scratch in the grand hotel. The air conditioning consists of an in-room air conditioning machine that as you can imagine is extremely noisy.
