Without a doubt, the nicest place we have ever stayed. The Magnani Feroni is a converted 15th century (I think!) mansion one street back from the Arno on the Oltrarno-side of Florence. This hotel was the highlight of our recent trip. Words or pictures cannot descibe how beautiful the rooms are. My wife felt like a "princess at her castle". The breakfast room and roof top bar are amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location was great. We would not hesitate to treat ourselves to this palace again. more
