It is in a great location--we could walk every where!! However, we did get ripped off by the cab driver coming from the airport--he charged us 40 euros for the ride! I should have re-read & heeded the previous reviews on this lousy hotel. Although it is located near the metro and in the central area in Gran Via/Chueca, be prepared not to get any sleep, as the rooms are above a noisy street, where you will be kept awake by the bars below at night and the garbage trucks early... more

This hotel is to be AVOIDED by any means. When reserved online we had to to pay a fee of 30 Euro for this "service, which will NOT be paid back if there are any problems [and there were a lot) When we arrived they gave us a room the size of a toilet.There was a major construction going on... more

Hotel was pretty basic and would suit those on a budget. Our room was right above the street and it was very noisy, only stayed one night, thank god and did not really sleep at all. Unless you are not on a budget, I would suggest you find somewhere else to stay. more
