Hotel was in a good location, approx 5 mins walk to the main train station. Rooms were clean and tidy, no air conditioning meant the nights got a little sticky. Arrived at the tryp after driving in from austria and had to first navigate the nightmare subterranean garage, whilst my wife wrestled with our 18 month old in the carpark. as it would have been impossible with out the aid of a conjurer to get them out whilst parked in one of the elevating bays check-in was fine. the keys... more

We stayed here 2 nights before beginning a coach tour. The rooms are fairly average, although clean and comfortable enough, and a reasonable size too. The Tryp is a typical 3 star hotel with no frills. The place looks tired and the furnishings in our room were worn in places. On the plus side the room was very clean and spacious and was good enough for an overnight stay. more

nice place, about 5-10 min from main train station, 15 euros for breakfast which is very expensive but everything in munich is expensive compared to london. asked for extra pillows but was told hotel was full?!! nice helpful staff. more
