The hotel is in the city centre, in a small stereet, near to everything. The staff is friendly and always ready to help in everything. The breakfast is excellent - you must try it once! We spent here two nights and we would like to stay here at any time we go to Munich again. more

We stayed at the Exquisit for a long weekend in February. The hotel is set on a quiet street but within walking distance of Marienplatz, and around the corner from 2 taxi stands, shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff, front desk always polite and helpful, breakfast staff also good, by breakfast day 2 they knew what you required drinks wise. This is not a 4 star hotel. Underwhelmed by lack of amenities and quality level. Travelling for business, disappointed having previewed all the positive comments posted. Room was dark both in carpeting and lack of adequate lighting. Lack of electrical outlets for computer & cell phone charging so had to unplug lamps. We stayed at the Exquisit in May 2006. Rooms (maisonettes) were very good, well appointed and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, one of the best we have had in Europe. Location is good, quiet yet very central. All in all, highly recommended. more

My daughter and I stayed here for 4 nights in December and found the location ideal for the Christmas markets and for the U Bahn, which is practically outside the hotel. Our room was clean and reasonably spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is no restaurant for evening meals... more
