Stayed at the Excellior with a colleague in mid-July for five nights. We had a one bedroom suite on the first floor (just above the reception area) and were a bit worried about the traffic noise aftre reading reviews on this site, but we barely noticed it! This hotel needs a shake-up badly. It has the disadvantages of almost all hotels on the Promenade des Anglais: it's too noisy outside to get any sleep unless you're in a luxury soundproofed hotel.
