Booked this hotel on the basis that it was a new build, we were not dissapointed. Express have rebranded and the new hotels are slick, clean lines with an air of efficiency. At slightly more than 100 euros per night (summer in Paris!!), I think it's a wonderful hotel. True, the rooms are small. But you don't need more. The neighbourhood is lovely, the restaurant downstairs is very nice (La Criée), the canal views are beautiful, breakfast is OK, staff is friendly and it all looks brand new. Would definitely return. more

We loved the location. I could not ask for more nicer staff. we had a lovely time over there.Fantastic view from my room. Over looking the canal. Short distance to everything. Its only been open about 6 weeks which is both good and bad news. Good news is that the rooms are nice, a bit small but quite adequate for a few days stay. Furnishings, beds, decor etc. all nice.
