Much better than expected after reading some reviews on this page. Warm welcome on arrival staff were very helpful and willing to speak English. Rooms average size, clean and pleasent, bathroom/showerroom small but adiquate modern and very clean. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from and in a unique setting of a cellar. The hotel is extremely convenient for the Gare du Nord and the Gare de L'est - being only 5 minutes from either. This gives good access to a range of metro lines and the RER. The area is not touristy but we felt perfectly safe and there are a good number of eating places nearby - ranging from McDonalds to... more

Until last year, it was named the Flora, and the TripAdvisor site has plenty of reviews under the old name. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Gare du Nord railway station (handy for those folks... more
