It’s not a bad hotel but a few things about it made me feel quite unwelcome. GOOD things first: My single room was specious, clean, nice, comfortable, with a big bed. Bathroom was spacious and sparkling clean with nice toiletries. Location is good (right on O'Connell street) and conven ient for Tour buses and for the Airlink airport bus though...... more

I booked through hrs.com and I was very glad to have found a central, quiet, comfortable and not-expensive hotel. Full irish breakfast was included in the price. People are very kind and helpful, both at the reception and on the floors. I would like to advice this hotel to anyone! more

Stayed at Cassidy's for a 2 night stay on our first trip to Dublin. Arrived early so left our case with the staff so we could do some sight-seeing. Very happy with our room, we had a double and single in the room even though there was only 2 of us. VERY comfortable beds!!! More comfortable than the Marriott and... more

Cassidys was an O.K Hotel. A great location, we were only there for a stopover. The staff were reasonably helpful, we were expecting great service being what we heard about the friendliness of Ireland. We got it from the Irish employed there can't say the same for the other nationalities they had employed. Good idea to stick with what works. more

We stayed at the Cassidy hotel for three nights. We found the room was very nice, it had both a double bed and single bed in the room. The reception area was fine as was the restauraunt . The breakfast had every thing you wanted - the quality of the breakfast was also good. I particularly enjoyed the bacon and... more

Very bad experience at the Cassidys Hotel in Dublin. When we arrived the 3 rooms that I had reserved, 2 months before, had been cancelled for unknown reasons. They moved us to another hotel, far away from the city center and very unconfortable, cold and in a bad area. The personell at the front desk was unprofessional, rude and very... more

We booked our accommodation through Hotel Connect, who were as always extremely efficient and offered us a discounted price. We only stayed one night as we were attending a concert in Dublin. We arrived fairly early on in the morning, our room was not ready but we werent anticipating it would be as it was only 9.30. However, the receptionist... more

Chose this hotel beause of location and good reviews. Overall the reviews got it just about right. Everything was well presented, reception, public areas, bedroom and dining room. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially in the dining room. The only quibble we had was that our bathroom was disappointing ,with a tiny washbasin and a bathpanel that didn't fit the... more

The only thing that could have made our stay better would be free breakfast. We only stayed one night prior to heading back home, but it was a wonderful hotel all around. I would recommend it to anyone. more
