I booked three nights accommodation at this hotel through venere.com. When I realised my travel would be delayed by several days I immediately emailed venere and Winrose to amend my booking. Venere advised they are unable to amend bookings and I must do this directly with the hotel. Despite numerous emails to Winrose I received no response to my request... more
Above average for the price of only £70. Rooms were clean, as were the bathroom facilitys. The location of the hotel is great, can walk to many of the tourist attractions in London. It is also very convenient for the tube. Nice breakfast in the morning and helpful staff who held onto our on the day of departure till 6.00pm... more

The Winrose hotel is a small, good value hotel - with a very good location! The staff was friendly and very helpful. English breakfast is included: very filling for someone who's not used to eating that kind of food for breakfast - but it adds to the good impression this hotel gives. I stayed there for a week and i cannot say anything bad about this place ... :)It is extremly well located, literraly 5 minutes away from edgware road tube station, 50 meters from Edgware road, less than 10 minutes walk from marble arch and lancaster gate. The Winrose Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean and tidy. I stayed a few days with my daughter and then they switched the room for me when my husband arrived. We stay at this hotel everytime we are in London. We are always more then satisfied both with the service and cleanliness of the rooms.
