Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights in April and would definitely recommend. Great location (less than 2 minutes from Gloucter Road tube) and the biggest room I've ever been to in London. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lifts were slow and sometimes out of service so if you mind that, ask for a lower floor. more
