Without a doubt the best value for money in London. Have stayed regularly. Modern hotel, staff now 90% polish, or so it seems, but very friendly and helpful. Typical Travel Inn. Room clean, smart and usual facilities - no complaints. Good location for Kew and surrounding area, although not much happening in the evenings. I use Travel Inn quite regularly and am normally perfectly happy with my stays. Not this time however. Firstly, I had pre-paid for the "full" breakfast.
