It's the staff at this hotel that make it outstanding. Very helpful and extremely friendly. If they didn't have the answer to a question, they got it for you. Parking was terrible. The area is run down and unsafe, even the 10 min walk to the tube or bus station is very scary. The room was very basic and extremely noisy.
