The room was small, but very well laid out. The Hotel is ideal for travel from Paddington Station to Heathrow. The offer we had included free Wi Fi, something that should be standard rather than an extra charge. We will stay at the hotel again on our next trip to London. more
First let me list the good things: OK Bed, Dove shower products were nice, complimentary tea and biscuits in the room, and very convenient to Paddington Station and the HEX. We regret that the guest was not happy with the room booked. Rooms in London are much smaller than in the States because space is at a premium. All our rooms at the Quality Crown Hotel in Paddington feature contemporary design and up to date amenities. Room sizes vary accordingly from Contemporary Singles to spacious Executive Kings.
This hotel has some pros....namely great location and very clean, however you need to watch that the staff do not play games with your booking. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and regret that the guest was not allocated in the correct room type booked at the first instance. Unfortunately, due to the wrongly entered room type instructions at the Central Reservations Office, the front desk manager and staff were very confident that guest has booked a Contemporary King room, but not an Executive King...

We apologise for any invonvenience caused and regret that this guest had issues with the mini bar charges which were refunded to his credit card. As previously stated in other reviews, this hotel is conveniently situated for Paddington Station and for buses etc. The hotel is of a high standard regarding cleanliness.
