I stayed at the Kensington overnight for business trip and was very pleasantly surprised. It's a fantastic location, only 1 minute walk from Earls Court tube station, and the standard of accommodation was pretty good - the bed was a good size, the bathroom was also an excellent size and very modern in decor. Breakfast in the morning (included in... more

Stayed one night, thank goodness. The room we had was below ground level, very hot in the room, and couldn't tell wether it was day or night. Television wasn't working, took the unhelpful reception staff nearly an hour to send someone to fix it. also the room had a connecting door and we could hear everything from the people in... more

We stayed for 2 nights at this hotel on October 29th - 31st 2008. The location was great, just steps away from Earls Court Underground Station. The hotel room was clean and adequate although small. The worst thing was that we were in rooms 005 and 006 which were as my son put it 'like being in the dungeon'! It... more

Stayed on the 30th September for 2 nights, Room: Clean, however no glasses in the bathroom. We had to take our drinks glasses from the bar and when the room was cleaned the next morning the dirty glasses were still left in the room. Toiletries had not been replaced also. Restaurant: Hotel Room styles were modern however Restaurant could not... more

We booked the room a week before we left, as we never could make our mind up on where to go. So we were expecting a "left overs" room, but were pleasantly pleased to find a lovely room, on the third floor. (I can't remember the number). We were greated with champagne, a box of chocolates, and a chocolate cake.... more

After investing time and effort trying to pick a good hotel to stay in, I was most annoyed when at check in they walk us round the corner to a completely different hotel. 'A problem with water in some rooms'. Looking at the booking cards I think overbooked may have been more accurate. Anyway.....I stayed at base-to-stay which was absolutely... more

Best feature for this hotel would be its distance from the Earl's Court tube station, just about 2 minutes' walk literally. Earl's Court is in the District Line, which is linked to all major parts of London, and a direct route to Heathrow Airport too. We found that majorly convenient. The hotel room is a tad small, but not as... more

Getting to our room was a major expedition, through a rather confusing combination of stairways and corridors. But the room itself was spacious and comfortable. The staff usually were not native English speakers, so at times communication could be a little challenging. But they were most accommodating and eager to please. more

Myself and my boyfriend were going to London for a city break, and found this hotel on the Londonnights website. The price seemed too good to be true for a 4 star hotel, so we booked it straight away. When we arrived, we couldn't actually find the hotel due to construcation works that were going on on the outside of... more

I stayed in a club room at this hotel on an amazing last minute deal. Room was very clean, spacious, huge plasma TV. FREE Wine, chocs, water, soft drinks fruit and roses in the room! Decent toiletries, bath and shower! Wonderful bed and plenty decent pillows. Breakfast plentiful. Air con wouldn't go lower than 18 degrees which was a bit... more
