Situated very close to Gloucester Road Tube; convenient but noisy. Front of house was okay but miles or corridors and my single room at the end of one was very cramped and faded. If I had paid for the room myself I would have been very unhappy. Breakfast in the morning okay. more

The staff were friendly,efficient & went out of their way to assist us make alternate arrangements when we could not travel due to tunnel fire .
