booked this hotel through Lastminute.com. We had a discounted rate -so i was surprised to receive a very early check in without any fuss. The hotel is in a great location - close to Harrods, the Knightsbridge tube station and an easy walk to Sloane Square. Room was spotless - well appointed and L'Occitane toiletries. Proper turn down each night... more

We very much enjoyed our stay. Our deluxe room although a little small, was modern and clean, with a very comfortable bed. It had a lovely view of Cadogan Square. The staff is professional. Location is terrific. They have a nice gym. We definitely would stay here again. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel... more

Don’t be fooled by the Jumeirah name. This is an average creaky old London hotel that was bought by the swank Dubai group late in the game. I was lucky enough to secure a one half of a junior suite at the rock bottom price of 500 pounds nett. The room was tiny and every bit of spare space was... more

A lovely hotel in a great location in Knightsbridge. We have stayed in a few of the Jumeriah hotels now and they have all been pure indulgence! Alhtough they should be as they're not cheap! The two hotels in Dubai we stayed in I gave an excellent rating and this hotel just misses out on that grade due to the... more

Just come back from a stay at the JCT, and were blown away by the experience. We are used to staying at the Jumeirah hotels in Dubai, and thought we would give a Jumeriah London hotel a go. We normally stay in the Soho Hotel but are not that keen on is location. It said on the reviews that this... more

We have stayed in a few top hotels in London but this so far has to be the best in terms of quality, cleanliness and oh my - the best breakfast ever had (even better than the Burj Al Arab & the Ritz!!). It is not as nostalgic as somewhere like the Ritz or Dorchester but more definately worth the... more

As an alternate to traveling by plane on an anniversary, my husband and I stayed at this hotel on a few occasions. We live less than two miles from the hotel, but use this as a get away from our daily routine, and to celebrate a special occasion. Benefits we have found during our two stays: - sharp doormen ready... more

I stayed in this hotel early December and had booked a deluxe double room. whch I shared with my daughter. As room categories can vary in size , I prerequested the largest deluxe room available. We had moved over from its sister hotel, The Lowndes..which was very delightful.. but wanted to experience both Jumeirah properties in London. On check in we... more

I found the Jumeirah just couldn't live up to what one expects from a five-star hotel. The first few bumps didn't jar us too much; we were initially assigned someone else's room and a fuse blew when we plugged in the iron. But on Friday and Saturday night at 11 pm, our 4th floor room was flooded with loud techno... more

We were fortunate enough to win a fantastic prize stay at this wonderful 5* hotel through The Sunday Times. We stayed in November for two nights in a luxury suite & we had some fantastic extras included as well. This hotel is fabulous. It is in a wonderful location with Harvey Nichols & Harrods on your doorstep. The staff are... more
