Very disapointing experience...in our experience if a place asks for feedback when you leave it has nothing to hide when they don't then it usually means something.. Very average hotel -- tiny, dated rooms with old, cigarette-burned curtains. Ancient hair dryer burned out and not working. Worst of all, charged 80p at checkout for a newspaper I didn't even ask for! Bloody hell! more
