I found the ParkCity Hotel accurately ranked number 10 on the TripAdvisor web site. My wife and I stayed five nights and it was a pleasure to stay there. We arrived before check-in and they were able to get us a room before noon. The room was clean, large, bright and decorated in a modern style with a flat screen... more

After searching for a decent hotel in Kensington, London, we decided that we would stay at the Parkcity hotel. From the moment we arrived until we left the service and the hotel could not be faulted. The hotel itself is set amongst some beautiful terrace houses, has been recently refurbished (very very stylish and modern) and is really well positioned... more

We have stayed five nights in Parkcity in early November. The hotel is situated on a quiet street, about 5-10 minutes walk to Earls Court tube station. Room is neat and tidy, with molton brown toiletries. I am deeply impressed by the 5-star customer service of the hotel. All staff at the reception counter, concierge and restaurant always wear a... more

We stayed at the Parkcity from Oct. 25 to Nov. 1, room 103, and had a great stay. The room was very clean, with a king size bed, a small table and chairs. The room was spacious and modern with a spotless bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was beside the elevator and we didn't hear... more

The ParkCity is truly a gem on a fantastic quiet street! We stayed there for 4 nights in early November and found the hotel to be a great value in a perfect location. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The rooms aren't huge, but I wouldn't call them small. I am very picky about cleanliness and our room met... more

I stayed at the Parkcity for one night in October for a theatre trip. My second stay at Parkcity, this time I chose a "Deluxe" room on the front of the hotel. There were a few advantages to the standard rooms - more spacious and airy, lovely big bed, and we got breakfast delivered to the room on a trolley... more

Stayed at the ParkCity overnight on a weekend. Good, clean & modern hotel. Check in and out was efficient and the staff were very pleasant during my stay. Stayed in Room 15 - a standard double room. Room wasn't massive but a good enough size, well set out and furnished. Double bed was comfy with decent linen. The room had... more

My wife and I loved the clean, comfortable and good sized rooms. The quite South Kensington location was only a 5 minute walk to the tube station and 10 minutes from Kensington High Street and the Natural History and V & A museum. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the bed was comfy. Highly recommended. more

We wish that there was a 3 1/2 star rating because this hotel seems to be right in between 3 and 4 stars. The hotel has a great location, the rooms are nice with a modern decor, the prices are reasonable for London, and manager was very helpful but a few minor issues with some of the other staff. The... more

In a city where it's hard to find a hotel that's passable for less than three hundred pounds a night The Parkcity is a gem. Good location, spotlessly clean, modern inside, great welcome and service, free turn-down and chocolate, free bottle of chilled mineral water every day, free newspaper every day, free safe, comfortable bed, quality linen, nice bathroom (a... more
