I've stayed here a few times for over-nights, but not for long-term stay. I've found the rooms very basic, yet clean. What you pay for is a convenient location, not atmospher or views. If I could give a zero I would. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Overpriced. Tiny tiny tiny and rude staff. The rooms were dirty and the staff was not so nice.
