This was one of the nicest Executive Hotels I have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The General Manager paid special attention to all his guest at the nightly wine tasting.. Hotel was ok. Good location, friendly staff, good elevators. Internet access is wired only, was very expensive and was slow. Parking is $12'day. Room was nice and comfortable, Short walk to entertainment and shops. more

This hotel was okay, but defnitely not 3 1/2 stars. The room was small, smokey, and outdated. The location was very central for what we wanted to do, but the street/block itself (including the surrounding views from the room) were not ideal. The staff was nice though and did offer us a new room. more

Definitely would not recommend this hotel. The A/C was not working in our room and the only suggestion from staff was to leave the windows open. Not a bad deal @ $185 per night, close to Granville Island and a short walk to English Bay. Wouldnt stay again though. Flea bites!! ( they allow pets) , broken coffee pot which they replaced, bad restaurant, but pleasant staff. I'll stay at the Best Western across the street next time. more

Superb hotel, great staff, so friendly and helpful (especially Ivanca and Albert) best hotel in Vancouver. Great rooms quiet, very close to Granville island too. We extended our stay it was so good. more
