The Air Transat people need to do a better job of getting you to the bus at the airport and getting away from the timeshare people. It was my fiance and I's first time going to Mexico... we had no expectations, but we loved staying there. It was close to down town Peurto Vallarta and the Markets. We came to the Holiday Inn for our 5 year wedding anniversary and had an amazing time. When we notified the staff that it was our anniversary and they went out of their way to help us celebrate. Give this one a pass. We stayed here thinking we were going to get the quality and service that we expect from Holiday Inns - not so. Hit and miss service, poor organized entertainment, bland food, broken games in games room, beach is poor and water dirty, high pressure time-share sales in the lobby (watch out!). more
