First impressions were that this is a beautiful place, but there is a serious problem at Barcelo. We only drank bottled water. The problem was the food. Food & drinks were disappointing. Had a wonderful time at this resort. The rooms were incredible. Clean, spacious and comfy. The Wife would have enjoyed bathtub, but she loved the "rainmaker" shower head. I stayed at the hotel Barcello In July with my sister and a girlfriend. The rooms are clean and beautiful, the beds are comfy.They had a flat screen tv with plenty of movie channels.
